Unlike traditional misting system, Deton misting fans have no nozzles. The most common problem for high pressure misting system is nozzle clogging due to minerals from water after prolong usage. In many cases nozzles need replacement hence incur additional maintenance cost.

Deton Misting Fans dont use a high-pressure pump hence no oil is required. Conventional misting pump requires periodical oil change. This will incur additional maintenance. Care must be taken to ensure oil is replaced timely otherwise pump will burn.

Deton Misting Fans use a revolutionary disc for mist production without the need of nozzle whereby no water-filter is required. Due to the very small orifice of nozzles, usually a 5 or 10 micron filter is installed with high-pressure pump system to prevent nozzle clog.

No nozzle needed, no oil change and no filters employed, Deton Misting Fans usually have no maintenance cost. Just plug in the power socket and with water supply the units start cooling at the lowest cost.

Mobility: Mobile unit with wheels can easily move around to different hot-pot. Front wheels can be locked when unit is correctly positioned.

Integrated Water Tank: With its attached water tank, the Mobile unit can operate continuously mist at the maximum volume for three (3) hours without the need to refill.

Supplying Water Automatically: The wall unit is specially designed for water supply, when water in the tank drops to a fixed level, it will be supplied automatically.

Adjustable Misting Volume: Units are specially designed with an adjustable level to vary

the amount for water mist delivery. This favorable feature allows customer to operate in different environment.

Low Noise: Whole unit operate just like a fan with low noise level from air delivery. Unlike  

conventional high pressure pump system emits high pitch sound and occasionally humming.

Oscillation Fan: Fan can oscillate between 0° and 90 and tilt angle is adjustable between ±15.

Durable Motor: Every fan motor ties an over-temperature protection and is of low-temperature rise design for long life operation.

No Filter: Centrifugal atomization, without nozzle, no need for water-filter.
